The Board of Trustees for the ETFO Employee Life and Health Trust (ELHT) invites you to attend the 4th ETFO ELHT Annual Plan Member Meeting on September 23, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.  All ETFO members who are eligible for the ETFO ELHT Benefits Plan may participate through a live audio stream.

The ETFO ELHT Benefits Plan renews effective September 1 of each year. September 1, 2021 is the fourth renewal of our benefits plan.  A renewal notice was emailed to plan members on June 25, 2021. The notice included information about: Plan Renewal; September Annual Plan Member Meeting; Mandatory Claims Receipts; and Direct Billing of Premiums (LTOs only).
