• Call OTIP at 1-866-783-6847 – Benefit Services hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Visit www.otip.com. Here you can log in to OTIP’s secure member site (My Benefits and My Claims) for many important functions including:
  • My Benefits:
    • add eligible dependants;
    • make changes to your beneficiaries.
  • My Claims:
    • submit claims and check the status of your claims;
    • view your ETFO ELHT benefits booklet;
    • view the list of reasonable and customary maximums;
    • check to see whether a specific medication is eligible.
