Don’t miss out on plan updates, claim notifications, the next issue of Your Benefits newsletter or any other important plan communication! By entering your personal email address in My Benefits and My Claims as the “preferred email address,” you will get the most up-to-date information from your Employee Life and Health Trust (ELHT), OTIP and Manulife, the insurer.

You need to update your email address in both My Benefits and My Claims. Why?

  • My Benefits is the administrative system that manages your benefits and premium costs.
  • My Claims is the claims system where you can view and send in your claims to get reimbursed.

If you need to update your email address at any time, please follow the steps below.

Change your email address in My Benefits

  1. Go to www.otip.com and click Log in.
  2. Select Health and Dental from the drop-down menu and log in.
  3. After you have logged in, click My Benefits.
  4. In the My Personal Info box, click on Review/Update My Email Information.
  5. Enter your personal email address and click on the button in the Preferred Email Address box.

  1. Go to www.otip.com and click Log in.
  2. Select Health and Dental from the drop-down menu and log in.
  3. After you have logged in, click My Claims.
  4. In the My profile tab at the top of the page, click on Edit my email.
  5. Enter your personal email address in the New email address box.
