During the first school year of transition into the ETFO Employee Life and Health Trust (ELHT) benefits plan, there were data issues that affected billing members for premiums for their optional life and AD&D benefits. As a result, the ETFO ELHT and OTIP decided to delay the premium collection until these challenges were resolved. Now that these billing issues have been fixed, any plan members who selected optional life during the transition enrollment will receive a Premium Due Notice.
Only members who selected optional life and AD&D (i.e. supplemental member, optional member, optional spousal, child) will receive one of these notices:
