The ETFO ELHT Benefits Plan renews effective September 1 of each year. September 1, 2021 is the fourth renewal of our benefits plan. A renewal notice was emailed to plan members on June 25, 2021. Information includes:
- Renewal Rates – effective September 1, 2021
- ETFO ELHT Annual Plan Member Meeting – Save the Date – September 23, 2021
- Mandatory Claims Receipts – effective September 1, 2021
- LTOs only – direct billing effective September 1, 2021
