The ETFO Employee Life and Health (ELHT) Board of Trustees wishes to advise you of changes effective during the 2019-2020 Benefits Year.  These changes are largely administrative and, in most cases, will have a minimal impact on members. However, they are important to help keep the benefits plan sustainable – and, in the case of the specialty drug changes, will improve member service.
